Refund Policy
If you receive a
physically damaged product(s), we request you to write to us at kapkottakkal@gmail.com within 10 days
of receipt of your order along with an image of the product(s) under dispute.
Once approved we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via
courier. However please ensure that the product is unused, and the tags, boxes,
invoice and other packaging are intact.
We will refund your
payment through the same method by which the payment was made. If you have paid
via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same
account from which you had made the payment from.
If the mode of payment
was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer in your
favour. Our team will contact you for your bank account details. The refund
process will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the
returned product(s).
