Return & Refund Policy

Our 10-Day Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a physically damaged product, please email us at info@drpalikuttyspharma.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include a picture of the damaged item with your email.

Once we approve your request, we will ask you to return the product via courier. Please make sure the item is unused and that all original tags, boxes, the invoice, and other packaging are still intact.

We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your order.

●     If you paid with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account.

●     If you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you for your bank account details to complete a bank transfer.

We will begin the refund process within 7 working days after we receive your returned product.
