Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.drpalikuttyspharma.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time:  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your order number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.

Damages: Dr. P. Alikutty’s Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals - Kottakkal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping

International Shipping Charges & Delivery: Additional shipping charges are applicable for international couriers. The cost for international shipments is determined by the destination country and will be provided to the buyer after the order is placed. International deliveries may take 15-20 days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to flight schedules, cancellations, and customs procedures, all of which are beyond our control.

International Duties and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Orders shipped outside India may be subject to these charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you are advised to contact your local customs office for more information.

In rare cases, you may need to coordinate directly with customs or the local post office to clear your shipment. We will provide you with all the relevant information to assist you in this process.

Returns due to customs issues: If a product is not cleared by customs and is returned to us, you will only be eligible for a refund of the product cost, not the shipping costs. You will also be responsible for any return shipping costs in such circumstances.


Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, competent courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try the dispute.
